AlienTrust, from North Shore Media, is back in business after a short period of downtime during which the company deliberated its options. They’ve decided to reopen their autosurf, with a number of beneficial changes.

This is a short recap of AlienTrust’s future:

1. The database will be backed up with everyone’s current member levels and credits and saved in order to refund members over time, then reset to 0 member levels to re-launch.

2. Ad credits will be available for viewing to fulfill advertising packages starting tomorrow.

3. We will be accepting new Ad Buys starting tomorrow through E-Gold, then in a few days time Uniclear and AlertPay will become available.

4. Commission checks will begin to be paid starting 1 week from this Friday directly from our Chase Bank account through QChex.com payment services.

12DailyPro is making some progress on the Stormpay issue, as well as focusing its attention on other projects. It’s new site is scheduled to be live tomorrow afternoon, and I am very anxious to see what it’s going to be all about. They have also worked out their attorney situation and will seek legal action to get their money from Stormpay.

I am sure you are all under stably anxious to hear updates on our progress toward recovering our funds. Today, we made significant progress with the attorney who will be representing us in this matter. He has outlined a strategy for attempting to get our funds released by StormPay by whatever means at our disposal. We hope for swift action in the matter and will keep you as informed as things unfold, to the extent that we can without compromising the case.

A local news station in Utah, affiliated with ABC news, has recently published a misleading report on 12DailyPro, an high yield investment program. Using biased, unfounded information, this report has attempted to denigrate the program’s success by labeling it loosely as a “get rich quick” scam.

Instead of placing the blame of 12DailyPro’s recent problems on Stormpay’s blackmailing of internet programs and illegal actions, they post pictures of Charis Johnson, the operator of 12DailyPro, alleging that she is a fraud. Not only does this news report breach her privacy by putting a picture of her (which looks like its from her driver’s license), it also neglects to mention the months of 12DailyPro’s prosperity and success, as well as Charis’ dedication to her program.

In reaction to this new report, I personally sent an e-mail to Brent from this Utah ABC4 station, pointing out the problems and biases in his poorly researched report.

12DailyPro continues to update users on the Stormpay payment processor issue. Here’s the latest news from Charis:

We wanted to take this time to update everyone on the status of the program and the recent happenings. We know you are all anxious for information. We have spent the entire day trying to forumlate the best strategy for how we deal with the current issues facing the 12daily Pro family.

1. StormPay did finally respond to our attorney’s request for information. They informed him that the reason they have suspended our account was at the behest of their bank. This is completely different than the reason they released to the StormPay members, being that they were concerned about autosurf business models.

2. StormPay also made additional false statements in their email to users. The email claimed that we refused to provide information on our business model. This is false. Mr. McConnell of StormPay fully understood our business model from the day we began processing transactions with them, in May of 2005. In fact, Mr. Connell just this past Monday asked if he could fly down to meet us and explain why we should choose StormPay as our only payment processor. And as we posted in a member news item a a couple of days ago, Mr. McConnell blatantly attempted to blackmail us by threatening to freeze our account if we did not remove our other payment processor within 45 minutes.

AlienTrust and DadNDaves, two other auto-surfs who used Stormpay, have now had their accounts frozen. This shows that 12DailyPro is not the only one having problems - but only the most publicized.

Here’s the latest from AlienTrust:

As many of you have already heard, StormPay has frozen several surf site accounts over the last few days. Unfortunately, Alien Trust was one of them. Since early this evening the AT team has been in meetings to discuss the effects of this new development and how best to handle the situation.
We know that some other sites are just switching over to another payment processor while others will simply have to shut down, whether temporarily or permently. We have and are discussing all options thoroughly including legal action.

We are as of yet unsure of StormPay’s reasons behind their actions, since they have refused to communicate with any of the sites they have suspended. And although there are many speculations as to what their reasons are, but we won’t comment on them until we have more details. It would be irresponsible to make any allegations without knowing the facts no matter how angry we are or how strange their actions are.

The site is going to be shut down temporarily. With all of the issues yet to be resolved with the server changes and the database overload problems, this is just simply too much. If we go ahead and shut the site down for a couple of days, we can take further steps to deal with the StormPay problem, resolve all server and database issues, and go through all outstanding support tickets.
This is our best chance to resolve all these issues at once.

As most of you are aware by now, Stormpay has today suspended the accounts of many Autosurf programs. Despite the fact that dadndaves is not breaking any stormpay rules, we are the latest victim of this outrage. If you have requested a cashout to Stormpay, you will need to change your payout details and submit another request to a different processor. The options currently available are Paypal and e-gold. I will continue with payouts in the order they have been received, and as the funds are depleted in these alternate processors, will be adding further funds as required from my bank account. Everybody who is entitled to be paid for January earnings will be paid. I cannot elaborate any further until I get more details of exactly what is going on, but I can assure you payouts will continue. Please do not email me about this matter. I will share any information I have with you all as it comes to hand.

Many auto-surf and HYIP websites have recently been e-mailed by Stormpay regarding their new “one payment processor only” condition. However, in addition to this new rule, they are withholding money of auto-surf and HYIP websites - among these, 12DailyPro.

The administrator of 12DailyPro has issued the following announcement:

We have done some additional research and as you may have noticed, we have come to some decisions regarding our current issues with Stormpay.

We did everything we could to meet and live up to StormPay’s blackmail attempts on Monday. We removed EMO, a payment processor with who we have a very solid relationship. At StormPay’s demand, we completely eliminated all choice for our members of payment processors and put our business in a very difficult postition. After all of that, it seems that we have been betrayed.

Two updates, one’s okay and one’s not so okay.

Okay one first: Scheduled Maintenance Tomorrow

Due to the amount of processing and required maintenance to keep 12dailypro running smoothly, we will begin doing nightly scheduled maintenance between 11:30 pm until 1:00 am Eastern Standard Time. During this time no login access to the site will be allowed. This new schedule will begin on Thursday, February 2 and will occur every night. Thank You

Not so okay one second: Stormpay upgrades are disabled until further notice:

We have become aware that 12dp StormPay upgrades seem to have been disabled by Stormpay sometime this evening.

We have yet to receive any notification from them this evening as to why this has happened. We have attempted to contact them directly without success.

We would like to be optimistic in our hopes that this is a technical glitch of some sort. We will keep you updated here as we know more. But it will likely be the morning before we get any response from them.

12DailyPro, further strengthening the legitamateness of their program, has announced they will send out U.S. 1099 tax forms for users who need them.

If you are an US citizen and would like to receive a 1099, then submit the following data to us. 1. State issued ID 2. Copy of Social Security Card 3. Current utility bill (address verification) 4. 12 daily pro user id Upon receipt of the information, a 1099 will be issued and mailed to your physical address. Scan and email your information to following 1099data@12dailypro.com, if you do not have scanning ability you can fax to 1-866-308-0133 Make sure your copy is a legible copy.
