AlienTrust Verification Slowed, Tax Forms

AlienTrust posted two items of bad news regarding their verification process. First of all, their fax machine failed to print any faxes from 11am to 6 pm on Tuesday, so please resend your documents if you are still not verified. Secondly, e-mail verification has been cancelled due to 15-minute processing time per verification - time that AT can’t spare.

And yesterday, AlienTrust posted a clarification on its policy of requiring user’s to submit a tax form. The tax forms are solely for AlienTrust’s use at the end of the year to process their IRS tax forms - they will not be witholding any cashouts requests because of this.

Read the full faxes and taxes updates (haha).

New Studiotraffic Earnings Plan

Basic membership:
up to 200 - 1%

Premium:

201 - 1000 = 0.6%
1001 - 1500 = 0.5%
1501 - 4500 = 0.4%
4501 - 80000 = 0.3%

All new upgrades will earn 1% for 4 months before reverting to the earning % designated to account level.

Each new upgrade earns 1% so you will still earn back your upgrade in under 4 months, as has always been the case. Its only AFTER you earn back your upgrade (4 months is approx 120 days so you still have 20 days leeway for not surfing) that the upgrade will revert to earn the new %, depending on your account level.

Compound upgrades, upgrades from earnings, will also be set at 1% for 4 months. In this case you may decide not to compound your earnings until you have earned back your full upgrade, the decision will be yours

The system can recognise and calculate the difference between the upgrades, this is done via programming. In effect, there will be a different rate applied to upgrades, so if you have multiple upgrades under 4 months old you will earn 1% until the 4 month period of each individual upgrade ends. This does mean that overall each member will net a different earning %, depending on the mix of new and old/compounded upgrades. We will track all of this from admin and programming side.

Earnings withdrawn to SP and used to upgrade the account be subject to the 1% rate. In the event that a member funds their StudioPay account to upgrade then this upgrade will earn also the 1% for four months.

Members who are involved in contribution program will continue to get 1% everyday. Applicants in this program can apply to hrdept@studiotraffic.com. Only proven applications will be approved.

All current members will be divided into either Basic or Premium membership, depending on current account level. Those existing members with account level under $200 classed as Basic Accounts will have the option to upgrade to Premium Account.

All new members registering will automatically register as a Basic Account member, and will have the option to upgrade at any time.

StudioPay Hacked

Studiopay, the payment processor of the popular Studiotraffic, has been hacked. Hundreds of thousands of credit card statements, utility bills, photo identification, and voided checks were taken by a hacker.

Read the official word below:

AlienTrust Forum

AlienTrust’s forum is now up and running.

The Beginning of the End for 12DP

LOS ANGELES (CN) – Charis Johnson, 33, of North Carolina, has raised more than $50 million from more than 300,000 investors an Internet Ponzi scheme, and has skimmed $1.9 million from it since the summer of 2005, the SEC claims in Federal Court. The agency claims that Johnson, of Charlotte, got the money through her Web-based businesses, LifeClicks and 12daily Pro.

CourthouseNews.com publishes a quick summary on the SEC’s investigation of 12DailyPro.

In addition, a cease and desist order has been issued to 12DailyPro by the Secretary of State of North Carolina and the Federal Securities and Exchange Commission. Read more about it here.

Looks like the beginning of the end of 12DailyPro’s lucrative career. Federal investigations are now underway, so the truth will be out soon. It is about time that we get the truth, instead of bouncing back and forth between Stormpay and 12Dailypro, not knowing who’s doing the lying and who’s telling the truth. I’ll keep you posted.

Rising Star WiredSurf Hits Speedbumps

A new auto-surf has emerged from the fog and has impressed many eager, online money-makers, but now people have begun intense due diligence. Their page dedicated to due diligence (down at the moment) even reveals the address of their Los Angeles-based office. This site has several other online programs within its network, promising to bring in revenue to aid in paying their auto-surf.

Despite an amazing design, business model, and available due diligence information, questions are being raised about the legitmacy and survivability of this network. Similiarities between this site and the now-closed PaidResponse/PaidExposure network are great and cannot be overlooked. Read the posts on this page at HYIPDiscussion to see more.

For now I am continuing research on this program and not depositing, and I strongly encourage all my readers to investigate thoroughly before investing. I’ll keep you posted, stay safe out there.
